Download the file and open it. Navigate to your User/Movies/Motion Templates folder, inside which you will find folders for Effects, Generators, Titles and Transitions.

Copy the entire mLooks folder (not its contents) into the Effects folder.

wow, I was JUST looking all over the web to find anywhere that had any of the m line of plugins. This is the first I have come across. You are a GOD. I'm particularly looking for mTransitions if seen that anywhere.
